We continuously improve the Service and may add, modify or remove features at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to temporarily pause alert delivery, deposits, or withdrawals to perform necessary system maintenance, security upgrades, or network updates.
While we aim for high availability, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
You are responsible for any activity performed through your Telegram account.
BitCLI may suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion if we reasonably believe an account is involved in:
Paid subscriptions unlock additional features.
Unless required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable after activation.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Participation in the Affiliate Program is optional.
Referral rewards are paid only for completed subscription purchases.
BitCLI may modify commission rates, suspend rewards or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.
Fraud, self-referrals or abusive behavior may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid rewards.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of BitCLI complies with the laws applicable to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of BitCLI means you accept the updated version.
